The raceway section of the bolt roller bearing’s bolt shaft is hardened, and the outer surface of the roller’s thick-walled outer ring is curved to prevent stress concentration. The outer ring has two integral flanges and is guided axially by the rollers. The head of the bolt shaft and the press-fitted side retainer provide axial support for the outer ring via the rollers.
Bolt roller bearings (NUKR series) feature the basic full-complement, double-row cylindrical roller design typical of bolt bearings.
